Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships. Remote areas may take a little longer. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
- Home and kitchen items must be unused and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened bedding and towels can only be returned if faulty.
- Sale items, gift cards and personalised items are final sale.
How to return
- Email us at hello@myfancyhome.shop with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions within one business day.
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Received something damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
